Brief Fact Summary

A dying woman intended in her will to giver her husband her home and give the niece a remainder. Her husband drafted the will and gave the remainder to the ASPCA. The woman was ill and signed the lease as prepared by her husband upon her husband's promise that he would provide for the niece in his will.
