1. Files cannot be reissued if expired, lost, or stolen, nor may they be returned for credit.

2. Files are for educational use only and may not be replicated or distributed by the purchaser. ACF will prosecute any violators to the fullest extent of the law for violation of this provision.

3. ACF is not be responsible for lost files as result of non-delivery due to incorrect or illegible address or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the files has finished downloading from our server.

4. ACF makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to any of the products or services offered through this site. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

These disclaimers, terms, and conditions will be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia.
