Audio files will work on any platform or device that supports MP3 playback, such as iPod, iPhone, Zune and almost every other audio device. You can also play the files directly from your computer using software such as iTunes, Quicktime, or Windows Media Player.

My librarian told me our school is a member. How do I sign up?
Use our registration page to sign up for a free AudioCaseFiles account. During registration, you must indicate that your law school is a member and select your school from the dropdown box. You must register using your law school email address. When registration is complete, we will send you an activation email. Click the link in the email, and your account will be activated.

We’re sorry but at this time we only offer access to schools and firms. We are currently working on the site so that we can provide access to individuals. If you would like to be notified when this is available, please let us know.
Can I make copies of AudioCaseFiles content?
Content at AudioCaseFiles.com, including audio and video, is copyrighted. We subscribe to the Fair Use Privilege of copyright law and do not prohibit copying content for personal use. Examples of copying files for personal use include:
  • transferring case files to a portable music player, such as an iPod, cell phone, or other MP3-capable device
  • burning files to an audio CD for playback in a home stereo or car CD player
  • making backup copies of content to protect against hardware failure or data loss
